Two Came In and Six Came Out

In the beginning of the year, only two of eight people in the cluster used something other than Internet Explorer. That'd be me with Firefox and Stu with Safari. Now the ratio has reversed. Three have switched Firefox and one to Opera. Let the movement continue. Update: It turns out Ben also switched to Firefox, according to Stu. So seven came out.

I think more ratios need to be switched: more people should be converting to Opera than Firellama!

So, if four more go in, the place will be empty, right?

Its a firefox takeover.

Problem with firefox still is extensions. Some are still a hassle, good thing though that those specific ones...are so rare and i doubt many people use them that it doesn't hurt it much.

You of all people should know that cluster has a technical meaning, and you of all people should know not to use it when referring to a mere dwelling. Call it a complex or something! And shame on your school if they're the ones who say it.

Matt: Firefox 0.9 will have an extensions manager.

Shigeru: Exactly.

Virtual Beacon: Be happy that any of them switched to Opera at all ;) The school does call it a cluster. Beowulf has a literary meaning, but that doesn't seem to stop the geeks, heh.

Too comfy with my IExplorer to switch. Same reason why I still haven't switched over to my Linux partition. =P

I'm a pack rat. I save everything, and I don't throw anything away. I've got too much stuff on here to convert it all to my Linux partition, and even if I did I'm lazy and it's a pain to run some of these applications in Linux (or find emulators).

Ah well. Never was much for trends or movements. =P
